Sanjeev Kumar Sharma

Sanjeev has extensive experience working in the Health Care, IT & Infrastructure industries. Skilled in Corporate Advisory, Business Advisory, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Merger & Acquisition, Tender Management and Bid Strategy. He heads Indian business development and sales operations in India and has overall responsibility of landing Pruvid products into Indian Market.

Austin Carson

Austin Carson is the Founder and President of SeedAI, a nonprofit established to work with a diverse group of policymakers, academics, and private sector experts to help communities across the United States access the resources they need to engage with AI.

Previously, Austin established and led the DC government affairs operation for NVIDIA, translating NVIDIA’s expertise in artificial intelligence and high-performance computing for policymakers. Prior to joining NVIDIA, Austin held several public sector and NGO positions, including serving as Legislative Director for Chairman Michael McCaul on the Homeland Security Committee in the US House of Representatives.

Denise Porcelli

Denise Porcelli has vast experience as an executive, well-versed and familiar with international business coupled with a strong multi-national corporate law background. She is the former CEO and General Counsel for Solvay Group's South American operations, where she led the company's general management and corporate legal strategy. Prior to this, Ms. Porcelli served as the Vice President and General Counsel for Latin America for Rhodia Poliamida and Rhodia Energy, ensuring compliance with local laws in all countries operating throughout the region. She has been recognized for her leadership in creating successful business partnerships across different industries and countries.

Howard G. Ulep

Howard Ulep is a technology professional with over 50 years of experience. Howard has been an analyst and project manager for fixed-price projects and the MIS Director/CTO for eSylvan and the U.S. House of Representatives. In addition, as CEO of two I.T. systems integrators, he has led successful acquisitions by public companies.

Howard's experience includes leading lease and project financing for renewable energy developers across the United States, Caribbean, and Ghana. His most recent achievements include developing a 23.7MW solar farm in Frostburg, MD; three 2MW farms in other Maryland locations; four 2MW facilities in V.A.; and one 2MW farm in Gettysburg, PA. In addition, Howard has supported vendors with power purchase agreement financing and currently serves as the finance consultant to Renewable Energy EPCs in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Ghana.

Howard has an extensive background in private equity and finance. He is the Managing Member of the Lease Advisory Group, LLC in Annapolis, Maryland, where he specializes in structuring lease/project financing for manufacturers and dealers of hard assets, software, and usage-based services. Howard also mentors small and disadvantaged business entities on corporate and business development matters.

His focus areas are renewable energy, business development professionals, emerging markets, education, and leadership. Howard's passion is working with small businesses both domestically and internationally to help them gain access to capital by developing relationships in the finance community to provide sustainable growth through cash flow support.

Sanjukta Choudhury is the Executive Assistant to the CEO. She is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team and managing the organization’s office operations, including working remotely with company's executive leadership team.

Mylika Morton

Mylika Morton serves as PRUVID's controller, where she manages the company's accounting records and financial reports. As a Certified Public Accountant and attorney with 20 years of experience, Ms. Morton has built up her reputation in the corporate tax compliance arena.

Jessica Dawson

Jessica Dawson is the Digital Marketing Director for PRUVID, Inc. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s online marketing and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness.

Chris Taylor

Provides legal advice and strategies to the organization’s executive team. Also include reviewing & writing various internal legal contracts, negotiating and managing client, vendor contracts, ensuring legal compliance regarding employee safety and mergers and acquisitions.

Ed Paswicz is the Chief Products Officer (CPO) for PRUVID, Inc. As the company’s CPO, he oversees all product-related activities and facilitates the creation of products that deliver value to both customers and the business.

Millicent Daniels is the Chief Operating Officer for PRUVID, Inc. As the senior executive in charge of operations, she manages the company’s workflow strategy and all essential business processes.

Vikas Pandey is the Director of Operations, India, for PRUVID, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing all company activities in India, and directing and coordinating actions across business operations.

Kawal Arora is the Chief Technology Officer for PRUVID. As the company’s technology lead, he sets PRUVID’s technical direction for product development and creates and executes its strategic plan.

Tim Grace

Tim Grace is a career long, seasoned HR professional who currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Laureate Education, Inc., a role he was appointed to upon joining the company in May 2018. Tim leads Laureate’s global human resources and organization strategy, including talent acquisition and management. Tim has initiated and co-chairs Laureate’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and champions company-wide efforts to deepen a commitment to this work.

Prior to joining Laureate, Tim served as the Global CHRO for Toys’R’Us. He has also held global HR management roles with the L’Oréal Group, where he served as Group Vice President of HR, as well as senior HR roles at Schindler Elevator Corporation, Wise Foods, Grand Metropolitan (now Diageo), and in the Frito Lay division of PepsiCo.

Tim has built his career as an entrepreneurial HR leader with a business mindset focused on helping organizations build sustainable improvements through the establishment of strong management teams, optimal structure, while fostering an engaging culture.

Tim holds a B.A. in industrial psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia and attended West Virginia University for Industrial and Labor Relations Masters studies.

Emmit McHenry is a technologist and visionary with a track record of success in both private and public organizations at all levels of senior management. He currently serves as CEO of Cycurion (formerly Cyber Secure Solutions), an acquisition company focused on building end-to-end security solutions.

Mr. McHenry is the founder of Network Solutions, which was founded in 1979 as an engineering company. In 1992, Network Solutions won a contract with The National Science Foundation to manage domain name registration services for the internet, leading to the development of .com,. net, and other web addresses we use today. Mr. McHenry is a legend in the technology industry, having negotiated the sale of SAIC Network Solutions to VeriSign for $21 billion in 2000, which made it one of the most successful transactions in history. Following this transaction, Mr. McHenry founded NetCom Solutions International, Inc., a telecommunications engineering consulting and technical services company with revenues of $260 million and over 200 employees.

Mr. McHenry's wide-ranging career includes management positions with IBM, Connecticut General, Union Mutual and AllState Insurance Company and he is a founding member of the American Productivity Management Association (APMA).

Mr. McHenry was born in Forrest City, Arkansas, the grandson of a minister. Growing up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mr. McHenry attended Stewart Elementary School and Carver Middle School before going to Booker T. Washington High School, where he graduated in 1962. In 1966, he received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Denver and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as an officer. He attained the rank of lieutenant before returning from overseas duty to attend Northwestern University where he earned his Master's degree with a specialization is communications and completed all but one requirement for a PhD degree by 1979 when he left school to work full-time as an entrepreneur and business leader who has built five successful companies over thirty years.

Today, Mr. McHenry serves on the board of advisors for several organizations, including VisuTel, the Council on Competitiveness, NetCom Solutions International Ltd. (UK), DECIS Technology and the governance committee for the Phelps Stokes Fund. He is also the former chairperson of the board of Learn City, Inc. and served on the board of directors for James Martin Government Intelligence.
